Training

Trampolining is a friendly and inclusive club open to all abilities, year and alumni. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner, training for the Olympics or somewhere in between! We can also cater to any disability so nothing should stop you from joining in the fun.

We are club with both competitive and recreational opportunities, so you can decide if you want to bounce with your friends or train to compete in one of the 8 competitions we attend throughout the year.

We train in all three trampoline disciplines – Individual, Synchronised and Double Mini (DMT) – plus we consistently turn out top athletes in the 'Just Having Fun' category.

We train twice a week:

Monday 19:00-22:00 @ Goodwin Sports Hall - Bouncing followed a new range and conditioning hour to improve fitness

Thursday 20:00-22:00 @ Goodwin Sports Hall

Please wear sportswear with socks and NO jeans/zips. Any piercings will have to be removed or covered up with tape at the start of the session.

Extra training sessions at Graves Health & Sports Centre and Hillsborough Leisure Centre are held throughout the year, these will be advertised through our Facebook group.

We hope to see you there!
